Some notes to not forget them.

  • Optimal distance to light source is 1,05m
  • Chuck (black mesuring device) is to bealigned centered, pro tip: mark the position
  • Software to control chuck temperature (not yet installed) from Oven Industrial COntrols
  • Turn on vaccum by turnign all three levers
  • copper plate can be cleaned from oxidization by steel wool
  • fill factor is the area under the MPP in realtion to the maximum possible defined by Isc and Voc. 80-82% is good. Bad FF can be because of bad contacts.
  • Light intensity changes Isc.
  • Temperature influences Voc (2 mV/K)
  • Gap filler could be used for glass covered solar cells (mini module)
  • Two profiles as templates (Std. cell & Mini Module)
  • AM0 is the outer space spectrum
  • SunsVOC Intesity sweep, how good could the cell be?
  • cameras are from Basler
  • contact pins from company Ingun

Abbreviations:

  • Isc - short circuit current
  • Voc - open circuit voltage (woltage without current)
  • MPP - maximum power point (a small blue cross in the graph)
  • ETA - efficiency
  • FF - Fill factor
